President of Panama invites Canadians to WYD 2019

For all the Canadian young Catholics,
we welcome you to come to Panama for World Youth Day in January 2019 with Pope Francis.

This is a beautiful country. We have many tourists from Canada coming to Panama during the summer time, and now I hope many kids from Canada come to Panama for World Youth Day.

It will be a great event and there will be people from 192 nationalities in our country. So visit us.

Archbishop of Panama’s message to Canadians: Come to WYD 2019!

Dear brothers and sisters, bishops, young people of this pilgrim Church in Canada,
I am Msgr. Jose Domingo Ulloa Mendieta, Archbishop of Panama, home of the next WYD.

We invite you, that with the young people of the world, you can participate in this grand celebration. So that we can encounter eachother /meet eachother, dream together and build a better Church and a better world and have a personal encounter with Jesus Christ, through Mary, together with Pope Francis.

You, my brothers and sisters are important in this celebration. You can’t miss this!
